Best Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps with Parmesan!

These Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps combine the classic flavors of Caesar salad into a convenient, delicious handheld meal. With smoky grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and tangy Caesar dressing, they are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each)
  • Romaine lettuce (fresh, vibrant head)
  • Freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar dressing
  • Large flour tortillas (10-12 inches in diameter)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare and season the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If thick, pound to an even 3/4-inch thickness. Drizzle with olive oil and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice or shred.
  3. Prepare the romaine and Parmesan: Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Grate or shave the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Assemble your Caesar salad base: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine and half of the sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle in half of the Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  5. Warm the tortillas (optional but recommended): Briefly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to prevent cracking.
  6. Build and wrap your masterpiece: Lay a warmed tortilla flat, spoon the Caesar salad mixture onto the center, and add more chicken and Parmesan if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
  7. Serve immediately: Slice the wraps in half diagonally before serving.

Nutrition

Keywords: For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken before grilling. Store individual components separately for freshness, as assembled wraps do not store well.
