This Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake combines the classic zing of buffalo chicken with gooey, melty cheese for a comforting dish perfect for any occasion. It’s simple to make and sure to impress your friends and family!

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Additional cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing it into the chicken mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions and celery on top for extra flavor and crunch.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
