  • Smoked paprika (optional for flavor boost)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional for spiciness)
  • Hot sauce (optional for spiciness)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, and toss in the ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, let it drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped chicken, browned beef, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is well coated and combined.
  5. Slice your sandwich rolls in half. Place a generous portion of the meat mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Top with your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  6. If you like your cheese melted, place the sandwiches under a broiler for a minute or two until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately while they’re warm and packed with flavor!
