Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your ziti pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook your beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and crumble into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, and the ranch seasoning mix. Whisk until smooth. If too thick, add a splash of chicken broth or milk.
  4. Add the cooked, shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently until coated. Fold in half of the crumbled beef bacon and about a cup of shredded cheese blend.
  5. Add the drained ziti pasta to the mixture and toss until thoroughly coated.
  6. Pour the pasta mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese blend on top.
  7. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
