Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh Minced Garlic
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Black Pepper
  • Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If your wings are whole, separate them into drumettes and flats. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper. Adjust spices to taste.
  7. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the cowboy butter sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
