Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Won Ton Wrappers
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks. When it’s no longer pink, drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning along with 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. While the beef is cooking, lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Take a won ton wrapper and press it into the muffin cup, creating a little cup shape. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
  5. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each won ton cup, filling them generously.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each filled cup. Adjust according to your preference.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the won ton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Once done, let the taco cups cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the muffin tin. Serve with your favorite toppings!
