Ingredients

  • Ritz Crackers
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay out half of the Ritz crackers on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over each cracker, ensuring they are generously coated.
  5. Place another Ritz cracker on top of each caramel-covered cracker to create a sandwich and press down gently.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the caramel is bubbly and the crackers are slightly toasted.
  7. While the crackers are baking, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  8. Once the crackers are out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cookie.
  9. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate drizzle.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
