  • Store-bought flatbread or homemade flatbread or pita bread
  • Fresh, ripe peaches
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Goat cheese or feta cheese or ricotta cheese
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place your flatbread or pita on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
