  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (about 9×9 inches).

  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, allow the dish to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
