Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter with 3/4 cup granulated sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Beat in 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk, mixing until smooth. Stir in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
