Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your pizza bombs will bake evenly and come out perfectly golden.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. This step is crucial for easy cleanup and prevents sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni slices, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Be gentle to avoid tearing them.
  5. Take one biscuit and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand, aiming for about 4 inches in diameter.
  6. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese and pepperoni mixture into the center of the flattened biscuit. Avoid overfilling.
  7. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching them together to seal. Make sure there are no openings.
  8. Place the sealed pizza bomb seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this process until all the biscuits and filling are used up.
  9. Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with melted butter. You can also sprinkle a little extra Italian seasoning on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
