Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, toss in the rinsed chickpeas. Stir in the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are heated through and slightly crispy. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
