  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This ensures easy cleanup and helps the sliders cook evenly.
  2. While the oven heats, prepare the chicken. If using breasts, slice them into smaller pieces for sliders. Aim for uniform thickness to ensure even cooking.
  3. Set up a breading station: In one shallow dish, place the flour. In a second dish, beat the egg. In a third dish, spread the panko breadcrumbs. This will streamline the breading process.
